Nice hotel ... a three star hotel. Staff was very friendly and location is central and parking was easy to get in and out. It is right beside the hotel to the left.
Good hotel. Very good location. Breakfast could be a little better, it is served in a separate room, which is not so nice to eat in - it resembles the canteen of a factory, instead of a dining room of a hotel. We had a big quiet room at ground floor level. Check-in and check-out are smooth; friendly staff. The hotel is ideally placed for a strawl in the center of Zacatecas - you can do almost the whole city center by foot. Only for the mine you need a cab or a bus (or the cable-car, which is of course the only right way :-))
Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows. Still had a nice sleep. Service was awesome. Beautiful hotel. I went to the bar to have a quick beer. Bartender offered to make me a michelada. It was the best michelada i have ever had and i have had hundreds of micheladas. Alot of places walking distance. Restaurants, bars, and convenience store. Great location if your new to the area.
Location, Location, location. Then it's the very attentive staff- they are top notch. Large rooms, hot water, large breakfast buffet. Underground secure garage parking. Wonderful centre patio garden with cafe till 10 pm.
Really really super location the room was very comfortable we got two king size beds and the room was big enough for two more with room to move around. Breakfast was minimal but okay. My complaint was they close the pool at 8 in the evening trauma makes no sense to me it's an indoor pool and not accessible to anybody but guests. Also the exercise room closed at 9 and it was still 75 degrees at 8 I didn't want to exercise. Staff was very friendly I do highly recommend it but make sure if you going to swim or exercise do so early.
Excellent place to stay, very affordable, walking distance from everything. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well kept. It is a good choice if you are in a budget.
The bedding is old. Rooms are spacious and clean. Night time was noisy till around 11 pm. Lots of talking and laughing.
Just need to inform up front that there's AC in the rooms but there's a deposit for the remote. Overall it's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to get to el centro histórico.
